This item must remain frozen until ready to use. Once ready to use thaw countertop or in fridge. Once thawed flour your surface with gluten Hannah's Gluten Free Premium Pastry flour and roll to desired width. Rolls out perfectly on a floured pastry mat or counter. Do not knead in more flour! Do not store raw dough in refrigerator or countertop. Freeze dough for up to one month.
