Once thawed flour your surface with gluten Hannah's Gluten Free Premium All Purpose Flour and roll to desired width. Rolls out perfectly on a floured pastry mat or counter. Do not knead in more flour! Do not store raw dough in refrigerator or countertop. Freeze dough for up to one month.
