Premium Gluten Free Vanilla Cake Mix

What You’ll Need to Make Vanilla Cake!

1 cup milk of your choice (water works too!)

3/4 cup oil of your choice

3 eggs (or egg substitute as directed)

2 teaspoon vanilla

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine all wet ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Slowly whisk in the cake mix.
  • Beat on high for 5 minutes.
  • Cover and allow batter to rest 1-3 hours.
  • Once dough has rested, heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Oil or use pan liners for your chosen baking pan. See below for baking times. Always start with the lowest baking time.
  • When inserted toothpick comes out clean remove from oven and cool 1 hour and frost. Enjoy!

Cupcakes: Bake 18-22 minutes

8” or 9” Cake Pans: Bake 40-45 minutes

Ingredients: rice, potato, corn, and tapioca flour, cornstarch, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, pectin, salt, and xanthan gum.
