Suggested Uses:
We're not going to beat around the bush here. This is our most complex flour to use and you should have at least some degree of understanding on how to make gluten free pastries OR you can take our online/in-person gluten free baking classes to really master working with this flour blend. Meaning you have to add a binder (xanthan or guar gum) and a raising agent (baking soda, baking powder, or yeast). Unless you're a baker or really good at working with gluten free, this is going to be difficult to use. It creates the best patries though so GO FOR IT! We do have some "How To" videos to help you though!
