Great mix for any soft baked cookies your heart desires! Add chocolate chips to make the best soft and chewy cookies you've ever had! Just like Momma used to make, except gluten free! Eric Nadel, voice of the Texas Rangers LOVES these! He calls them "Mr Chips!" when he makes them and he swears they are the best cookie he's had gluten free or otherwise!

Just a note: We don't include the chips because we want you to have the option to use any chips you'd like! So load those cookies up with whatever your in the mood for!

Suggested Uses

-Add chocolate chips for the best chocolate chip cookie you've ever tasted!

-Add your favorite flavor chips to make your own version of goodness!

-If you don't have a nut allergy try adding dark chocolate and your favorite chopped nuts!

GLUTEN FREE COOKIE MIX (Makes 1 Dozen)

What You’ll Need:

4 ounces butter

1 whole egg

1 egg yolk

1 tbsp whole milk

3/4 teaspoons vanilla

6 ounces of your choice add-in (chocolate chips, etc)

  • Melt butter and pour in stand mixer.
  • Add in whole egg, yolk, milk, and vanilla. Mix well.
  • Slowing add in cookie mix until combined.
  • Next add your add-ins (chocolate chips, nuts, sprinkles etc.)
  • Chill dough for 1 hour.
  • Next, shape dough into 4 tablespoon size balls and place back into refrigerator to chill again for 1 hour
  • Next place 6 cookie balls 3 inches or so apart on lined baking sheet and bake 6 minutes then rotate pan and bake another 4-6 minutes until lightly browned.
  • Remove from oven. Cool cookies on pan for 4 minutes then move them to wire rack until cooled completely. Store in airtight container.

Ingredients: rice/tapioca/potato/corn flour, cornstarch, brown rice flour, brown sugar, white sugar, baking soda, salt, pectin, xanthan gum.
