Yes! Everything we make is gluten free.

What is your allergen statement?

Hannah’s Gluten Free Bakery is a completely gluten and nut free bakery. This means that we do not use any products containing gluten or nuts in our kitchen. This also includes both coconut and almonds as well.

We do use eggs, dairy, and some soy (not soy flour) products in our bakery. If you have allergies to eggs, dairy, or soy please use your own discretion or talk with your doctor before ordering our products as all our products are made in a common kitchen and although small, there is a risk of cross contamination.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Most of our products have a shelf life of at least 5 days. Some items like pastries or donuts have a shorter shelf life and should be consumed the same day or frozen.

How should your products be stored?

Our products should be stored sealed and frozen for up to 30 days. Cakes and cupcakes may be stored in a sealed container frozen for 30 days. For best results please do not refrigerate our offerings.

Can I pay for my order when I pick up?

All orders must be paid for in full and in advance of pick up, delivery, or shipping.

Do you deliver locally and is there a delivery fee?

We only offer local delivery for tiered cakes, large corporate orders, or large catering orders. The delivery free is $2 per mile (one way). Please feel free to contact us to see if your order will qualify for delivery and what the delivery fee might be.

How soon do I need to place my order for pick up or local delivery?

We request that all pick up and delivery orders be placed at least three (3) days before your event for our more common items and at least seven days before your event for custom orders, including custom cakes. Orders placed within these time lines will incur a rush fee.

How soon do I need to place my order for nationwide shipping?

We require all nationally shipped orders to be placed 7 days in advance of when you require them although they may be shipped to you sooner. Additionally we only ship orders Monday thru Thursday.

Why do you only offer overnight national shipping?

We do this so that you have the freshest products available.

What is your return policy?

No refunds. No returns. No exchanges.

Do you make regular cakes?

We get asked this question allot. If by “regular” your mean cakes that contain gluten than NO. If by “regular” you mean basic gluten free dinner cakes, than YES! We also offer custom cake and cupcake designs to our local customers only.
